Enrichment at St Catherine’s

At St Catherine’s, enrichment is about more than clubs and trips. It’s about giving every child the chance to try something new, discover what they enjoy, and feel proud of what they can achieve.

Our approach is rooted in our vision, ‘In God’s Love, Together We Flourish’. We want children to grow not just academically, but as confident, resilient individuals who are ready for the wider world.

Throughout the year, children take part in a wide range of opportunities. These include sports competitions and festivals, curriculum-linked trips, performances, visitors into school, cookery and and a range of extra-curricular clubs. These experiences are carefully planned to enhance learning and bring it to life beyond the classroom.

We are committed to making sure that every child is included. We work hard to remove barriers so that all pupils can take part, regardless of background or circumstance. As a result, every child has the opportunity to experience a rich and varied school life.

Through our enrichment offer, children develop confidence, learn to work with others, discover new interests, and build independence. Just as importantly, they create memories they will talk about at home and carry with them as they grow.

We are incredibly proud of the opportunities we provide, and even more proud of how our children embrace them.
